30 year old upper dental bridge causing excruciating intermittent severe pain for 8 years! What can I do?

(l am 70) .Can 30 year old 2 large upper dental bridges(12 pieces) cause excruciating burning pain on upper palate? I saw 2 dentist but they didn't assure me that the burning unbearable severe pain may subside(?)after the replacement of the 12 pieces bridges. The cost is 20k to 30k and no guarantee. What do you advise. l cannot stand the severity of the burning pain any more!!!!! I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You said you've seen a couple dentists, and it sound like they did not present all of your options.I would recommend going somewhere for a full exam, xrays and treatment plan. It should include all your options, including a denture.Severe burning is generally nerve pain. It can also be caused by some bacterial or fungal problems. If there's nothing wrong with the bridges, those avenues can be explored.

you should check below that bridge ,how the support teeth are?provably you will need root canals, and of course a new bridge, if your bridge does not has any mobility, this means that your teeth still strong, if your teeth move, then you need another procedure.but go take some x rays, and plan taking that bridge out, if you wan something more affordable, try dental tourism.
