Is tattoo excision safe for me? Are there any risks?

lanagrant
I really don't care about scarring, that is the least of my concerns. I wish I had known red ink can cause allergies, but I got mine done at 18 without doing a research. Now I just want the red ink gone. It's a 5 cm x 5 cm red butterfly above the back of my knee and a 5 cm x 5 cm fairy on my shoulder. I really don't wanna laser it off, I am scared of allergic reactions, and like I said, I don't care about scarring, but if there's any other risk I'd like to know
