I have recently taken on the task of taking better care of myself and I have noticed that I am very much in need of hygiene. I do not know if they are like this because of the dirt or some permanent damage. What professional treatments or skin care products do you recommend? I've heard that Retin-A is very good. I am patient and I am willing to wait for good results. Note: I’ve oily skin, I’m in my 23 and my skin is much whiter.

I recommend lower potency hydroquinone combined with non HQ product called Melarase. It is also beneficial to use an oral supplement called Pigmentation Relief Complex (see link) or Scler-X.
