Will Derma-Roller 1.5mm Clear these acne scars ?

You have a combination of deep pitting acne scars which include boxcar and ice pick scars. These may not respond to dermaroller. You would do much better with a combination of SkinPen microneedling with platelet rich plasma ("Vampire Facial") and some dermal fillers (Restylane Lyft or Bellafill) since you have lost volume in your skin.

There are many good scientific studies showing that medical micro-needling works well for acne scarring. However, I am not a fan of rollers as they create a more erratic pattern of "tears" through the skin rather than the clean, more evenly distributed punctures seen with the motorized micro-needling machines.In my office we use the ProCell Therapies system which combines motorized micro-needling with concentrated human growth factor serums made from human stem cells. Our patients also use growth factor serum at home after the office treatment.  I have found this combination to give the best results for treating acne scars.You must be very careful to use only serums that are specifically made to be safely used together with microneedling as these treatments enhance penetration into the skin of topically applied serums.
