Rhiniophyma and roasacea

Really need a detailed history and very close examination. Does this flare up? What are the flare factors? What did your nose look like 1,2, 3 years ago? What topical are you using. The redness can be treated with a combination of anti-inflammatories, and also lasers. Video below tells the story. All the best, Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.

Rosacea or Rhinophyma?

It's hard to tell from photos, I recommend scheduling with a dermatologist for a consultation. I find the best treatment for this is isotretinoin along with pulsed dye laser and clear + brilliant or venus viva lasers. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
