Can a maxillary sinus fracture make your nose crooked when you have no pain or swelling in your nose?

Maxillary Sinus Fracture

Usually it does not if it is just a maxillary sinus fracture. IF the fracture is more complicated then yes it could make the nose look different.

Maxilary sinus fracture

An isolated anterior maxillary sinus fracture does not commonly impact the nose other than contributing swelling but a review of the CT would be necessary.
