I have been to the derm. For mole issues while talked about these tiny tiny white bumps on face. Can never wear foundation because it would always get built up around them and looked awful. She said they were sebum threads, or white heads. I guess they are the same thing? Any way been using varying strengths of retina. 0.25,1%, generics and now a brand name at 0.50. I has been six months since starting and still have sebum threads.Help! Do i have other options?
