Is there anything that can be done to make my belly button more "normal" looking? (Photos)

I am about 9 months post op full tummy tuck with hernia repair. I am a very healthy eater and exercise. I am not happy with the appearance of my belly button unless I contract my ab muscles it almost appears flat. My belly around my new belly button area also protrudes and gets very tight feeling especially at the end of the day. What is going on???

Flat belly button

Dear Surfer,                                                                                                                                                           Thanks for submitting your pictures. From observing your pictures, your stomach is protruding from the mid upper abdomen to the pubic bone. If your tummy tuck surgery included muscles tightening, and the stomach was flat after surgery, than something happened and the muscles loosened up, which caused the belly button to flatten up.                                                                                                                                                At 9 months after surgery, the muscle will not tighten up even with wearing an abdominal binder 24/7. The only solution for creation of flat stomach and 'inni'  belly button, is tightening of the muscles, which basically is redoing the tummy tuck procedure.                                                                                                  Sorry that I do not have a better solution.                                  All the best,                                                             Dr Widder
