Absolutely! That's what we as dentist do. It will be a little more challenging from a restorative standpoint but absolutely doable. You will need to consider whether you want a tissue-born denture or an implant-born denture. You should also bring pictures of what your teeth looked like so that size, shape, color, etc. can be duplicated as your desire.Good luck!

Yes, that is what you need and dentures can look very natural and give your smile back. Find a dentist who does a lot of dentures and have an oral examination done to make sure everything is healthy. Have them look to see if you have enough ridge support for good fit and retention without implants  or if implants would be the best way to go for you. They are more expensive but the denture is much more stable and may even be made so it is not removeable. Good luck
