What is the cheapest solution for a permanent full mouth reconstruction including extracting existing broken teeth?

My teeth are knackered, they're broken, discoloured and wonky. I want to get all of the teeth removed and replaced with a permanent option meaning I don't have typical 'dentures' but perhaps all on four/six, implants with bridges etc. I'm based in the UK however happy to travel for good and cheap dental work. Sounds like All On 4 and/or 6 might be the route for you, unfortunately, "Good" & "Cheap" don't go well together.  The old saying, "you get what you pay for" is something that runs true in life. You do not want to go cheap with this complicated and technique sensitive surgery.  You also do want to get it right the first time therefore saving you time and additional surgical complications as this will be a 10 month or longer venture in reconstructing your mouth!Do your homework and pick a knowledgeable dental surgeon that you can relate to and takes the time to answer all your questions and is not in too much of a rush.Great Luck to you from America.

My suggestion would be to spend your travel money with a local surgeon who can follow up with you after such a large undertaking to ensure that everything is progressing and healing as it should.  This is an important part of the treatment.  Dental treatment is not one and done, you will need regular maintenance and it is always advantageous to have the original surgeons/restorative doctors follow you on a regular 6 month basis as a minimum.
