My cap came loose from the implant posts. What can I do?

MY CAP CAME LOOSE FROM THE IMPLANT POSTS. POSTS ARE INTACT AND IT SLIPPED RIGHT BACK ON BUT I CAN FEEL IT MOVE UP A BIT WHEN I APPLY ANY MOUTH SUCTION CAN I CLEAN AND GLUE IT BACK ON MYSELF?
