23 Female, with thin cornea (492, 500) and myopia (-6.75, -6.25). Can I get PRK laser eye surgery?

I know LASIK is ruled out as an option for me. Also, can I do something to increase my corneal thickness to be eligible for LASIK? I'm too scared about ICL because it's possible side effects include "BLINDNESS". Is it better to wait sometime maybe the thickness increases?
