I have been using obagi Nu seem for four weeks, very sore skin and the pigmentation in some areas is worse. Is this normal?

There is an adjustment period in the beginning that can be hard to continue to push through and stay motivated. The areas of redness could be pre-cancerous skin cells that are exfoliating.
