I have 2 lumps on my abdomen after my Smart Lipo (and I've had a revision). Dr says they are not fat. What are they?

First surgery April 2013 revision Sept 2013. Smart lipo on abdomen, inner thighs and flanks. Lumps were visible after first procedure , doctor waited 5 months to see if they would smooth out, they didn't. So I had the revision done (removed less than a pound) and they r still there. I am wearing a xxs compression garment with a foam pad (given to me by my dr) covering my abdomen area . No restrictive clothing, only leggings. Please enlighten me about my mystery lumps. I have dr appt next wk. Thx

Possible scar tissue

It is hard to say without seeing your abdomen, but it could be scar tissue. Follow up with your surgeon again to be sure, if in fact it is scar tissue this will eventually go away over time.

It would help to see photos, but it is possible that the lumps have been caused by over aggressive lipo and you have some scar tissue. It's probably a good idea to get a 2nd opinion
