I had rny in 2002. Did not lose all the weight and still 100 pfs overweight. Had a revision in 2009 where they did gasrectomy and gastrojejunostomy with a hernia repair. Lost 40 pds and regained within a year. Had a double hip Replacement in 2009 and need to lose the weight. I want to have duodinal switch and was wondering of a second revision would be considered!
