Glacial freeze made my mole bigger

I received two sessions of Glacial Rx with the freeze to treat two sun spots on my face. One is a raised mole that I’ve had most of my life and regularly get screened by my dermatologist. I always ask if I can remove it and they tell me it will leave a scar. However, I saw the before and after photos of the Glacial Rx and was impressed. I’ve had two sessions, one month apart with my last session almost a month ago. I’ve noticed my spot looks larger and fuller, and doesn’t seem to be flaking off.
