Would doctors who only offer chin implants be willing to perform jaw implants?

I’ve been pondering on getting a chin implant but I also wanted jaw defentiton. I’ve heard that jaw implants can help with this. The problem is that I have trouble finding medical professionals who offer jaw implants. Would most doctors be willing to perform jaw implants despite only offering chin implants?
