A few vellus hairs neither confirms nor rules out early balding. The photos shown do not show vellus hairs in the circles. They show either broken hairs or simply regrowing terminal hairs. If you have shaved your head in the last 3-4 months these are also dormant telogen terminal hairs. These are not vellus hairs.
