Options for redundant abdominal skin? Ehlers Danlos, localized cutis laxa. Hyperextensible doughy tissue loose vertically(Photo)

I have a connective tissue disorder (Ehlers Danlos) which affects my skin. My abs have redundant doughy hyperextensible skin. I'm 33, 5'2 and the most I've ever weighed is 145. I've weighed 114 for the last 15 yrs, but my ab skin is very loose. It's most apparent when I'm sitting. When standing, there's not a lot to pinch horizontally, but there is quite a bit vertically. When I sit it "piles" above my pubic bone, creasing and crinkling extensively; it's worse when my bodyfat is lower. Options?
