I like my new nose except for the tip. The tip is to thin and make my nose look like a pig nose. How could I fix this? The photos on the right are my original nose and the left is what I wanted.
Answer: More defined nasal tip The change that you want is fairly subtle so the good news is that you have options. Obviously, surgery to place a small cartilage graft and/or suturing the cartilages of your existing nasal too together more tightly is going to be the most permanent possibility. You can also inject a small amount of filler directly into the nasal tip. I would stay away from any filler that is considered "permanent" and stick with hyaluronic acid based ones as they can be adjusted. They are not permanent, however. Likely will last you a year. Be very careful, though, as putting too much over and over again has been reported to cause nasal tip necrosis. Make sure if you go this route, you go to someone extremely experienced with this.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Rhinoplasty for a wider tip The rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish the goal of widening the nasal tip. To make the tip wider will require cartilage grafts harvested from either from inside the nose or from the ear, if there is cartilage depleted nose from the prior surgery.

Answer: Rhinoplasty The tip can be made larger with cartilage grafts taken from the ear or the nasal septum. I think your result is quite nice however. Also, the problem with cartilage grafts is that they can shift, warp, and look unnatural. So I advise against revision.

Answer: Make tip bigger Cartilage grafting using cartilage from the nasal septum or ear can lower the tip, raise the tip, give more projection, make the tip wider depending on placement and how it is shaped.

Answer: Making Nasal Tip Bigger The tip can be made bigger and wider. A "piggy" nose usually occurs when the tip is lifted too much and the nostrils become visible. This can also be reversed. Consult with an experienced rhinoplasty specialist.
