How long does it take to see truSculpt results?

Results Of TruSculpt

That is a great question!  Unfortunately, there is no simple answer. TruSculpt is unquestionably the best and most efficacious method for non-invasive body contouring; however, everyone's results are individualized.  We instruct our patients they will see results, typically between their 2nd and 4th treatments, but we have seen patients that notice results two weeks after their first treatment.  Results depend on the volume of fat and the area that is being treated.  It is best to have a consultation with your provider to determine your best results and desired outcome

About 3 months

Trusculpt damages fat cells and the body naturally eliminates the cells via the lymphatic system. This process happens over the course of 3 months. Patients start to see an improvement around 3 weeks. Multiple treatments (about 2-4) are required, dependent upon the volume of fat in the treated areas.

Results after truSculpt

TruSculpt is the latest non-invasive device that has been clinically proven to target problem areas of fat on the body and under the chin that have been resistant to diet and exercise. Like most non-invasive treatments, the best results are when a series are done. We find that 2-4 treatments will effectively provide good visible results. Each treatment can be done 4 weeks apart and results will continue to improve 8 weeks after the last treatment completed!

Three monthly treatments -90 days and you should notice results if properly done

Like most noninvasive treatments  several are required to start seeing results and more are often desireable thereafter to reach a plateau.  A well trained and experience technician is essential to get the best results. That's why at our practice, although we sell individual treatments, we discount packages of three truSculpt to encourage patients to get optimally treated. And our truSculpt technicians have advanced training directly from Cutera

Unlike Coolsculpt, there really is no pain or downtime after these treatments and our patients have benefitted from and love the fat reduction result.  TruSculpt doesn't tighten skin so if all you have is loose skin, other treatments may be needed.

The best truSculpt candidate is someone who has isolated areas of diet and exercise resistant fat but all areas of the body and th neckline can be treated.  This is not a treatment for generalized obesity. And it's not a substitute for the results you might achieve with liposuction.   Hope this helps and best of luck!

TruSculpt helps contour fat and skin over three months or so

  • Patients feel the truSculpt heat right away to the areas, but the fat goes away slowly over a few weeks.
  • I recommend three treatments a month apart to maximize effect
  • Healthy eating and exercise are key, as the stubborn fat areas will be further helped by weight loss and toning
  • While some result is seen each month, contour can improve over three months
