Laser Hair Removal on beard regrets. Is there anything I can do to make the patches grow back?

Two years ago I had 12 laser hair removal sessions on my beard and mustache. Most of the beard has grown back however there are 2 quarter sized hairless patches on my chin a few dime sized hairless patches on my neck/mustache/cheeks. Its very noticeable and it bothers me very much. I have dark coarse/thick facial hair and lighter olive skin. Can anyone recommend anything I can do to make the patches grow back. Any help would be much appreciated.

You can apply minoxidil on beards, but sometimes transplantation or PRP/progesterone injections are better. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
