What would cause a gurgling/sloshing sound 5 weeks post op breast aug?

I had a fairly vigorous workout 2 days ago and have had a gurgling/sloshing sound in my breasts since. They still look and feel exactly the same, but this strange sound or feeling has lingered. It is not accompanied by any pain, or very very mild if any. Could I have injured something? Could there still be fluid in my breasts or an air pocket that maybe a swollen chest muscle could be pressing on? Not sure what this is. My doctor says I am fine.

are not unusual thought not anticipated to be still occurring 5 weeks post-op.  If your breasts are not changing on the outside and staying as soft as they are, would simply watch this and expect it to go away on its own.  Sloshing could happen if saline implants but if gel, more likely fluid around the implant inside the pocket.

The sound you described is unusual.  It sounds like you have saline implants with an air bubble.  This problem should take care of itself within a short time.
