Its hard to find a dentist who can help me fix my smile. Ive been to three different dentist including an oral surgeon but didn't help me since I have a complicated case. Ive had two jaw surgeries and both times relapsed however my underbite has improved with both surgeries.Because of my bilateral cleft palate and congenitally missing teeth I have a small upper jaw. My question is am I a candidate for veneers? or some type of dental implants? or will the jaw surgeries and cleft affect a dental treatment to improve my smile?

If it is very slight it can be improved with implants most likely. I have done it for a patient before, however, you may find it feels awkward or hard to get used to a new bite.
It is best to wait until after delivery for elective dental procedures. The bone graft will be stable and ready when you are able to proceed with treatment.
Any smoking habit will put implants at a higher risk of a complication or failure. Smoking reduces the blood supply to the gums which can be detrimental to overall dental health including dental implant success and survival.
