Three days ago I received a face peel. Yesterday I got three moles on my face removed. Have I permanently scarred my face?

I received a face peel three days ago, and then yesterday (two days later after the peel and before the skin peeling started), I had three moles on my face removed. Today, the peeling of my face has started, but the wounds where the moles were removed are very raw and bleeding. I've had moles removed using the same process before, and they normally scab over by now. Should I seek professional attention to avoid permanent damage, & is there anything I can do to minimize the damage to my skin?

Please post photos for further evaluation. I suggest returning to your physician for an in person evaluation and wound care. Silicone based scar gels with growth factors may help. Best, Dr. Emer
