I'll probably get a HT/BHT this year. I know I need a good surgeon/additional surgeries in the future. I think my doctor will use my SDA for my hairline and BHT for my crown. My beard is very soft and strenght and I'm able to get it very long. Will I be able to achieve a result close to the hair that I had when I was 18? What do you think about fina, is it too late for me to use it? Will it make my hair regrowth (temples/thinning areas)? Your experience with the side effect with your patient?
Answer: 25-year-old with diffuse hair loss Thank you for the detailed question. I’m sorry that you have been suffering with hair loss. Your original 18yr old hair density is unlikely to return (nor would you need it to), but a hair transplant and auxiliary PRP treatments would be able to establish a fuller and denser look. Your proactivity is admirable and you’re on the right track. Finasteride and minoxidil form an effective course for preventing further hair loss and promoting regrowth; supplementary hair growth products like groMD can also be used. These non-surgical treatments form the cornerstone of the pre-transplant preparation and post-op aftercare courses that will need to be followed in order to maintain the results of a hair transplant surgery. We’ve had many patients in their mid and late twenties see incredible regrowth following our formal diagnosis and tailored program.

Answer: Hair transplant From the photos, you still have your forelock and some hair. This hair might be held with finasteride while you transplant the rest of your scalp. Nobody every gets back their original density but you can get a reasonably full look. Knowing your donor density will tell how many grafts can be moved. Combining Scalp Micropigmentation with hair transplants to achieve a full look is the most practical cost option (see below). I can introduce you to men who have had this combination of hair transplants and SMP and you can see the fantastic results you can get. Yes, you can use beard hair and body hair as well, but that might drive up your costs.
