The amount of surgery time it typically takes for a surgeon to perform a Brazilian Buttock Augmentation depends on many factors.  It would not be uncommon for the surgery to take 3-5 hours.  The factors that influance the surgery time are the size of the patient, the areas and the amount of fat that are removed from the donor sites (eg. abdomen, flanks, thighs, etc.), methods employed for processing the fat as well as the planned amount of the increase of the buttocks.  For more information, see
