Tattoo removal

We use q-switched laser with multiple wavelengths to remove tattoos of all colors. Multiple sessions are required with the dark 'green' or black ink easiest to remove.  A successful tattoo laser removal reduces the appearance of the tattoo by 95-100%.

Pico Lasers

Thank you for your question. For laser tattoo removal my laser preference is the PiQo4 laser which has 4 Picosecond wavelengths making it possible to remove 96% of ink in as little as 4-6 sessions on average.

Tattoo Removal -- Pico/Q Switched Laser

Tattoos should be removed with q switched or pico lasers, we will often combine with fractional lasers to help speed the process. No matter the device it will take several treatments to see the outcome depending on your response and the technology. Please consult with a laser expert. Best, Dr. Emer

GO AWAY

Tattoos can be tricky. As you know there are different factors to each one. How deep did the artist go? What colors are you looking to remove? What type of ink was used? The main question is how many treatments will you need to remove it, and which laser is most effective. There are so many different types of lasers out, and determining which one is best for the tattoo may be tricky. Your very best option is to meet with a plastic surgeon or medical Aesthetician that can advise you as to what your best options are. There are different lasers for depth, colors, and ink so finding out which one you need will be in your best interest before you go doing treatments that aren’t suitable for your particular tattoo.
