Afraid of pain of getting sutures out at four weeks from a reduction, I have some wound separation below one breast!

Can my surgeon give topical relief for removing sutures at four weeks from breast reduction. So scared I don't even want to go! Help! Aeroelastic on one breast is scab bed over.. Had infection and took antibiotics. I'm afraid to even go!

I'm not sure what you mean exactly by aeroelastic scabbing over, but suture removal is typically simple and minimally uncomfortable. There are topical anesthetic creams that can be applied if needed, so contact your surgeon to see if he can use such a cream. Above all, don't worry too much, as it will likely be much less traumatic than you expect.
