What is the Longevity of a Temporal Brow Lift?

Temporal brow lift or lateral brow lift are similar terms. All brow lift procedures primarily lift the sides 
(lateral) of the eyebrow. Patients will always look younger and rejuvenated after brow surgery. Unlike nonsurgical options, results after cosmetic surgery permanently improve your appearance and potential to last for years. However, plastic surgery cannot stop the natural aging process, sun damage, or lifestyle choices such as smoking, so touch-up procedures may be required at a later time. The temporal brow lift and lateral brow lift are basically the same thing.  To avoid the surprised look, many surgeons are now recommending just a lateral lift to the brow which help with brow contour and also helps soften any extra eyelid skin.  In some cases, patients may also elect to have an upper lid belpharoplasty at the same time.  Like any cosmetic procedure, it does not prevent you from continuing to age.  It just removes signs of aging that you already have.  Good luck.

The temporal brow lift is one form of a lateral brow lift. A lateral brow lift can be done without entering the temporal scalp. Be specific with your surgeon re exactly what will be done. Although you will always look better than if the surgery had not been done, duration will depend on your surgeon's technique; therefore, ask him/her about their experience.
