Can I use Optrex dazzling eyedrops 10 months after my Lasik surgery? (Photo)

i did a lasik surgery from about 10 months, my eyes condition is excellent and am just using lubricant eyedrops from time to time. Is it safe for me to use the Optrex dazzling eyedrops?

you can use these drops, they are just an OTC vasoconstrictor like Visine, but don't overuse them or they will stop working and you will get "rebound hyperemia" which is more redness after the vasoconstrictor wears off so your blood vessels dilate even more than normal
