Hello, I'm about to turn 36 and considering thread lift to treat sagging jowls and hopefully lift lip corners&brows. However, since I also have quite a bit of weight to lose,I wonder whether I should wait or if it's sensible to have the procedure now and than just go for 'top up' if the skin sags any further.I have previously had fillers (0.5ml of Juvaderm) in my nadolabial folds but the result was minimal and I have to say it really bothers me as it makes me look older and tired. Thank you.
