I had a test spot done on an eyebrow tattoo. Maybe one or two mm in size. And the setting was around 7.5 on 1064 laser. Not sure if it was a yag or ruby. Would this be the right setting for the complete treatment? So far its turned it a dark greenish blue.

This is a difficult and heart breaking problem. I am sorry to hear of the distress it is causing you. Picosure Laser would be best option as it selectively heats and breaks the pigment down slowly over 6 to 12 treatments.
