I wouldn't suggest it. IVF treatments can increase brown spots or melasma by hormonal response that may go away once the treatments have been discontinued or after a successful pregnancy. Thanks for your question. I'd advise you to hold off with IPL until your fertility treatments are done with. The reason is that skin pigment can be quite sensitive to hormonal changes- particularly during pregnancy, when you may develop dark spots that will then fade without treatment once your baby comes. Better to hold off and treat it once rather than chase a moving target.
