I am looking into potentially jaw surgery.I am would like to have some advice on procedures to shorten vertical length of face. Maybe with the possibility of a jaw implant. I don't like the length of my face and was wondering if there were any procedures out there and how much they would cost. Do you have any other procedures that you would recommend to improve my cosmetics I have also been considering rhinoplasty.
