Is there a surgical procedure to widen my nostrils? (Photo)

Hello and thank you for your question. It is appears that your right nostril shows evidence of collapse and asymmetry.  Do you have breathing problems?  A great technique to fix this is alar batten cartilage grafts of the lower lateral cartilage.  If you have internal breathing problems also, spreader grafts can then be placed to help straighten the nose and open the internal nasal valve to help improve breathing. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Your nostrils seem to be normal-sized. Are you having breathing problems? Why do you want your nostrils widened?
