I know this has been asked a lot but the doctors responses are always so varied. After years of research since my first rhino procedure, I've decided I no longer want an implant as it looks unnatural on black people IMO. I would like to remove it and just have my tip augmented with strut and shield grafts and nasal reduction. I would like to know if my nose would look saggy or misshapen if I remove the L shaped implant or if it would return to a pleasing shape

It is possible to widen a narrow nose with reverse medial osteotomies and placement of spreader grafts to hold the nasal bones open. This procedure is only performed and very narrow noses.
