I had open rhinoplasty 2 months ago. My nose was long and fitted my face well however it was shapeless and had a bump which I wanted removing. I also have thick skin. I now look like miss piggy. I know it's fairly early but I can't see it dropping and my surgery was done abroad I can't see or speak to my surgeon properly. Is there anything I can do to aid my nose/nasal tip or elongate or drop. I'm worried I've ruined my face forever. I want a straight nose and its short and very upturned.

There is no such thing as a Perfect Nose...having a rhinoplasty does help improve the shape of the face and give new definition to your face. Definitely consult your surgeon.
Yes you should be able to use a cleansing solution to clear blackheads one week after surgery. Ask your physician if they offer this type of treatment for their recent post op patients. We offer this as a complimentary service to insure our result is as good as possible
