Loss of natural alar crease after alarplasty - looks operated on. Is there hope for repair?

I had a tip rhinoplasty and alar reduction last year - unfortunately, the pre-existing asymmetries to my nose were not accounted for, and I have lost the natural alar crease on one side. The result is a hanging alar that appears very narrow and operated. The general consensus online is that this is irreversible. Are there any alternative remedies to this? Are composite skin grafts really out of the question? can rim grafts return some of that natural curvature? seems hopeless right now
