My questions are: Can I have the implant removed after 5 years? Would it return to its previous shape. Would I have to have maybe rib cartilage put in instead? What techniques would you recommend for tip refinement and nasal size reduction and reshaping? Are any of you also ENT specialists? I also would like to know if you think you could help me as I would like to locate a doctor and book a procedure as soon as possible. Many thanks
