I got HA filler injected into my cheeks for volume loss. Had minimal swelling after. Woke up yesterday 12 days later to find my left cheek slightly swollen, just above cheek, before eye trough. There is a slight discolouration in this area, looks a bit like reddish dry skin but not that noticeable. Is this normal?I just don't want it to get worse.Could it be infected? I also have intermittent eye twitching in this area since injection. Thanks

Typically this does not happen 11 days out. If it is happening on just 1 side, you will have to rule out infection. Infections normally are red, swollen, tender, and warm and are accompanied by fever but they don't have to be. You will need immediate medical evaluation to rule...
The overall volume of your cheek looks good. I would suggest asking your injector to use a small particle filler like Restylane silk directly into the indentation. Volbella would be another good HA choice. Good luck.
