Thank you for posting your questions. For fat transfer procedure, the fat survival rate varies among individuals. On average, half of the transferred fat will be reabsorbed. Therefore, a lot of fat is needed to achieve the result you want. I think you will need implants to achieve your ideal result, but I would recommend meeting with an experienced physician in-person to decide which treatment option will work best for you. Best of luck.
Fat Transfer and Buttocks
This is a great question. This is a wonderful procedure which gives great results. If performed properly, you will have long lasting results and a new shapelier body. Fat is removed from unwanted areas and transplanted into the buttock in a shapelier way. It must be injected in a certain way to ensure longevity and survival. It must also be harvested in a gentle way as to make sure the fat remains alive on a cellular level. This is most important. All aspects of this procedure are important and must be followed to ensure a long term beautiful result. I would examine you 1st before I would recommend gaining weight. I would start with what you have, then proceed from there. I have been performing this procedure since 1993 and have excellent long term results and hope you can find the right doctor for the procedure.
Best wishes and good luck.
