Can I go back to the gym/workout?

Thanks for the question. After 6-8 weeks your surgery area is healed and yes you can go gym and also do other sport activities. I wish you all the best.

I typically have patients wait 10-14 days, usually longer for VASER, but some patients go back earlier.  If you feel no pain during the exercise, then take it easy and start.  I suggest asking your physician his/her official recommendation.  Tanning isn't a good idea ever, increases the risk of skin cancer.  Best, Dr. Emer.
