2 weeks post Aponeurosis Ptotis Surgery: one eyelid was very big compared to the other.

The reason i had Surgery was for Cosmetic reasons and there was never a problem with vision. Looking straight ahead there is an improvement although not perfect and i do know that i need to be patient but on downward gaze the eyelid in question is huge compared to the other lid and it looks terrible. Should this sort itself out in the end? There is a new eyelid crease but the fat above the eyelid doesn't seem to be coming down so i think that is the problem. I would be very grateful for any advice.

One eyelid big after ptosis surgery

It would be helpful to see a photo so we can give you better advice.  Swelling can still be present/normal several weeks out.  Best of luck.
