I have only been using 0.3 % retinol cream (Laroche Laposay Retinol B3) for 3 days and I have noticed that the broken capillaries on the sides of my nose are much more visible than before. The information on this subject is quite confusing and the internet is plagued by contradicting information. So I would like to know from an expert wether the thinning of the epidermis caused by Retinol would make my capillaries more visible or the opposite?

Thanks for your interesting question. I have not heard of any clinical trials or studies proving that Differin is better for pore size, and both medications are members of the retinoid family, so both can be useful for skin texture, pores, and helping smooth fine lines and wrinkles...
Thank you for your question.Spot treating with retinoids is a treatment option for molluscum, and a common side effect of retinoids is redness and irritation. Retin-A can be applied to the genital region but with caution and close monitoring for any irritation. I highly recommend you consult ...
Retin-A can help improve minor superficial issues with the surface of the skin, but in my opinion, it will not help with sagging around the jowls. An examination of you would provide more information in order to give you advice as to specific treatments that might be of benefit to you.
