I’m 25 and have always had a chubby round face. I’ve noticed my jaw area has become more round over the past couple of years due to TMJ. I’m aware that buccal fat removal would be a good option but I’m little hesitant as it’s an invasive procedure. Based on my picture, would a jowl thread lift be more effective, or masseter botox? Thanks

Thread lift is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation technique that will lift and tighten sagging skin. It’s a minor procedure that doesn’t require general anesthesia. Consult with your doctor to know more.
It may be occurring due to an injury from your previous procedure. Discuss it with a board-certified doctor to assess completely as this may also be unrelated.
