I had my crowns fitted yesterday after lateral incisor implantation (both sides). I understand why my gums are slightly discoloured (thin gums, metal colour of implant showing through) and that's fine as I don't have a high smile, but I'm concerned the implant is black too. Can someone tell me what this is and if it'll fade? My gums bled a lot when the temporary crown was removed, is it blood in the cement? Very concerned it's permanent and unhappy with the look.
