Can i try this laser for my dermal melasma?

Hi,The 1064 nm Picoway is very useful for dermal pigmentation, including melasma. As with all melasma treatments, you will need a maintenance plan to prevent relapse, which must include regular sunscreen use.Good luck!

The Picoway can be used to treat Melasma in all skin types using the 1064 wavelength.  It works great on melasma.  As with all skin discolorations, you need to be rigorous about wearing sunscreen daily and staying out of the sun at all costs.
