Self conscious at my "angry look" & need help? (Photos)

I've been very self conscious since school years how angry I look or come across to people, my facial expressions do me no justice. I like to know what is my best choices "cosmetic surgery or non-surgical"? I am often asked are you Ok, why you angry or ruddily serious. I am hoping for some advice as how to improve my facial features to have a softer and approxible appearance.
