Liposuction - Sutures - Clear Leakage - 1 Mo Post Op

I had lipo (full back & full abdominal area) done almost a month ago and after stretching I felt something weird on my side and then an hour later I felt something running down my back. It was one of my sutures in my back leaking a clear fluid? It felt like water and wasn't very much. Should I go into see my doctor or is this normal?

Seromas can develop after liposuction

Seromas are fluid collections that occur after any operation.  They usually consist of lymph fluid or liquified fat necrosis.  They are self limiting and need to be drained.  It appears in this situation that a localized seroma drained on it's own through a previous incision.  Case closed!
